RRAVS were delighted to receive some very positive feedback recently regarding the excellent work of Alan Buxton, a volunteer and RRAVS trustee. Alan is also a Rotarian and a member of the Rotary Club of Rayleigh Mill where he is a past president of the club.
Alan, spent a considerable amount of time assisting a local resident with the complicated task of gaining deputyship for their disabled son. He helped with form filling, scanning, sorting documents and by showing how to download electronic forms and print them. Additionally, Alan was able to help by showing how to write documents, add pictures and print them. Much of this work has been carried out despite the challenges of the current Covid-19 situation.
Alan’s hard work and patient approach has helped the family immensely for which they are very grateful;
You did a superb job, just wonderful. many many thanks.
