On 1 August 2020, Mid and south Essex CCG’S launched the My Care Record campaign via their social media channels.

My Care Record is an approach to improve care by joining up health and care information. It will support the sharing of information with other health and care services in our region – so that, wherever possible, all health and care professionals will be able to access up-to-date information about the individuals they are caring for.

There are a range of materials to support the campaign including easy read and translated resource. An animated film explaining the ‘My Care Record’ can be found here.
