Invite – Green Shoots of Recovery Conference (on Zoom)

Trustlinks invite you to the Green Shoots of Recovery Conference on Zoom on Wednesday 3rd February 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm on the impacts of green social prescribing and therapeutic gardening!
Tickets are now available on Eventbrite using the link provided below, and will be available until 25th January. Tickets are free, but due to Zoom restriction this is a limited ticket event, so be sure to register with Eventbrite and reserve your space at your earliest convenience.

After booking your ticket online you will receive the Zoom code and password in your confirmation email from Eventbrite. You will also be able to access the codes in the online event page.

Here is what you can expect on the day:

Through the evaluation of the Growing Together therapeutic community garden projects, we’ll be looking at the effects of green social prescribing and nature-based intervention on prevention, early intervention and mental health and wellbeing.

 Guest speakers include:

  • Professor Jules Pretty: Research on Nature Based Interventions
  • John Walker from A D Charitable Trust
  • Andy Payne Warpole from Essex Community Foundation
  • Gareth, Catriona and Joseph from Trust Links: Key data and findings from the Growing Together Evaluation
  • Insight from a Growing Together member talking about the personal impact of the Growing Together project
