The Govt ARG (Additional Restrictions Grant) funding is to be allocated so that the eligible businesses include all accommodation businesses (including catteries and kennels) and all indoor venues (including halls for public hire). This will include village / church halls that have not been able to be hired out during the pandemic (or have only been partially available) and have therefore lost income. It will also include cub / scout halls where the hall is owned by the scouts / cubs rather than being hired out by them.

2 For the purposes of this policy, defined as a theatre, cinema, children’s play area or hall available for public hire
