Understanding Covid-19 vaccination behaviours – survey

Essex County Council logo image

At the Essex County Council, a team headed by Paola De Pascali, PhD is developing research to understand Covid-19 vaccination behaviours, particularly the booster doses.  The research aims to explore motivations for getting the vaccine and barriers that might prevent others from getting it.

They are looking to hear especially from populations aged 60+ and/or of ethnic minority background.

Specifically:

  • Those over 60 (non-BAME ethnicity)
  • Those over 60 and of BAME ethnicity
  • Those of BAME ethnicity (any age under 60)

Please complete and promote a short survey, estimated to take approximately 5 minutes.

See the online survey link below:  https://consultations.essex.gov.uk/rci/understanding-covid-19-vaccinations-and-boosters/

As part of the second step of the research, they are looking to explore views in more detail via a follow-up conversation with a member of ECC’s Research and Citizen Insight team.  For all the survey respondents who decide to be involved and to participate in the follow-up research, they’lll provide a £10 shopping voucher as a thank you for taking part.
