On 16 September Rayleigh Town Council held a Dementia Information and Support Day, bringing together local organisations offering advice, information and support for people living with dementia, their families and carers.  Events like this help people find out what support is available locally and, importantly, where to turn when they need help.  A big thank you to everyone involved in organising today and to all the organisations giving their time to support our community.
