Due to the demands of their services, Supporting Carers and families Together are looking for more staff to join their team and support Young Carers aged 6-18 years old. Previous experience working with young people would be an advantage.

Location: Rayleigh and/or Rochford
Hours: Max 3 hours per week – Term time only, Monday evenings

One2One Schools Support Worker
Location: Local Secondary and Primary Schools across the Rochford District
Hours: Hours negotiable – Term time only

Service Delivery Manager
Location: Office located in Rayleigh
Hours: Hours negotiable
