Rochford District Council is looking for someone to help strengthen local communities and improve residents’ health, wellbeing and quality of life.  The role involves working with residents, community groups and partner organisations, developing local projects and partnerships, supporting community engagement and helping to secure external funding.

Location: Rochford District / Brentwood
Salary: £41,177 – £45,529 per year
Hours: 37 hours per week, full-time
Contract: 1-year fixed term

The successful applicant will need experience in community development, engagement or partnership working, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
