The South East Essex Trauma Alliance works alongside local organisations to support the development of trauma informed and trauma responsive practice. They offer free training, reflective spaces, consultation, and shared learning opportunities to help teams better understand the impact of trauma and adversity on both service users and staff. Their aim is to support workforce wellbeing, reduce the risk of retraumatisation, and help create safer, more compassionate, and psychologically informed environments across services.
We have arranged an face to face session where you’ll have the opportunity to meet with them directly, learn more about the fantastic work they’re doing, and explore the impact of their initiatives in greater depth. This will also be a great chance for you to ask any questions you may have and get a clearer understanding of how they operate and what they aim to achieve. From this session, you will be able to arrange further training for your organisation.
