Seated Music and Movement Group

In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society – a group for those experienceing dementia to take part in gentle seated exercise and meet new people in a safe and friendly setting .

Every second Thursday of the month, 11.00am-12.00pm. Starting 13 June 2024 – 14 November 2024

Underspire Hall, Rayleigh Parish Centre, Rectory Garth, Rayleigh SS6 8BB
