The Department for Education has allocated funding to deliver the Holiday Activity and Food programme (Essex ActivAte) for Easter, Summer and Winter 2025, and applications will be opening for you to apply this week.  If you would like to apply to become a delivery partner and join our Essex ActivAte Community for 2025 please note the following important information:

Applications will open on Friday 31^st January 2025 at 12 noon and will close on Friday 14^th February at midday – Strict.

You will need to apply for this funding through Essex County Council’s procurement process by registering with ProActis, you can register for ProActis any time from now, (download further information below). The Application form will appear on the system from Friday 31^st January and will be listed as:

Project reference: DN758760 Title: CO0587 Essex ActivAte Programme (HAF) 2025

Please see the attached process for registering with ProActis below which includes all of the links you require, whether you are already an existing user, or are new and need to register.

Before applying, you must read through The Essex ActivAte Guidance which contains all of the information you will need for the application process.  Applications will not be accepted if you have not read through the information and confirmed that you understand what is required from you as a partner. Hard copied of the Guidance Booklet will be sent out to all applicant for further reference throughout the year.
