Mind’s floating mental health support service is delivered in the community. This service will deliver holistic mental health support using the Human Givens Model. In partnership with the service user Mind’s Floating Support staff will create a support plan including goal setting and prevention strategies. Support will include practical living skills, appointments, benefit applications, referrals and signposting services.
