Parents First are running some Community Support Volunteer Training this April, in both North and South Essex.  Community support volunteers help support new and expectant parents at our outreach events. They currently run regular outdoor walk and talk sessions, antenatal information sessions, coffee mornings, fitness and first aid courses and would like volunteers to assist their friendly team at these events. They are also looking for Facebook Ambassadors and support at other events organised or attended by the Parents 1st team.

Hours are flexible and volunteering can fit around existing commitments, but due to help being needed at outreach events, it may be date specific.

All Training courses are running on Wednesdays 15, 22, 29 April and 6 May 2026, 10 – 1pm
