What is Summer Spark?

A 6-week campaign offering 30 free, sensory-friendly activity ideas, specially designed for neurodivergent and disabled children and teens. It’s ideal for families seeking support, structure, and fun over the summer holidays.

Each activity is:

• Simple and engaging

• Designed to support movement, sensory regulation, creativity, executive function, confidence, and connection

• Adaptable for both younger children and teens – with teen twists included

• Delivered with clear step-by-step instructions and a “Why it works” explanation to empower parents and carers
