Southend, Castle Point and Rochford CCG’s Mental Health Commissioners have produced the attached south east Essex Directory of Services which provides up to date information on social care and community providers.

This information has been collated over the last couple of weeks and will be updated on a daily basis.  We will be thinking about how best to share/access this directory so that we can all stay abreast of changes to provision across the area.
