Community Agents Essex are part of Live Well Link Well; a free and confidential social prescribing service that provides practical or emotional support of a non-medical nature. You can access Community Agents through Live Well Link Well, or, since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, via the newly created Essex Wellbeing Service; a single point of access to a number of organisations and volunteers where clients will be directed to the best service to support them.

Community Agents provides short term support for:

• Mobility issues
• Practical living skills
• Social inclusion
• Healthy living
• Caring for someone
• Individual resilience
