To help us understand the effects of the pandemic on residents’ wellbeing, we would be grateful if you could please spare 5-10 minutes to complete our short Castle Point and Rochford District Residents Health and Wellbeing Survey. 

This is an opportunity for you to share your experiences and to help the Health and Wellbeing Board plan how we can better support you and ensure your needs are reflected as we develop a new health and wellbeing strategy for Castle Point and Rochford.  Your responses will be anonymous, but there is an opportunity to supply your contact details if you’d like to receive further information in relation to the answers you give.
