A free helpline for people living with cancer

Provided by We are Group and Lloyds Bank.

“Our Digital Inclusion Program is specially designed for cancer patients, and it’s all about personal support. You’ll get one-on-one help because we know that everyone’s digital journey is unique. Plus, if you don’t have a device, we can send you one. And the best part? This service is free for all cancer patients in the UK.

We’ve created the Digital Helpline to help cancer patients across the UK access their finance and banking services, as well as gain essential digital skills for life. The Digital Helpline is a free, dedicated service, offering 1-2-1 help with your online needs. They’ll chat through the kinds of tasks you want to complete and set up the right level of support to help you. They’ll have access to British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, so if you have a hearing impairment, they can book you a BSL session using their Sign Video service (available on Safari, Chrome or Firefox web browsers).

Supporting you online when you need it most, you can get help to:

  • Set up online banking
  • Set up mobile banking
  • Support with a banking service (e.g. standing orders)
  • Online food shopping
  • Using NHS and Government websites
  • Video calling and social media
  • Booking a GP appointment
  • and much more!

Need some digital TLC? If you’re a cancer patient in the UK, call us on 0345 222 0333 (open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm), mention ‘Cancer Card’ and let’s get you connected!

To use this service you need to:

  • Currently have cancer or have a history of cancer
  • Live in the UK or Channel Islands
  • Be aged 18 or over
