Launching in line with Children’s Mental Health Week, 1st-7th February, Active Essex need your help in promoting sharing resources to keep Essex kids active!

Together, we need to champion the importance of physical activity for the mental health and wellbeing of our youngest residents in Greater Essex.  We’ve created a hub of resources, videos, workouts and tips for teachers and parents to  use during lockdown 3 to not only keep the kids entertained, but help them stay active too. For home learning packs, PE at home activities and daily workouts to join via the Keep Essex Active YouTube channel, click below.
