ECC Care Home Workforce Survey – Caring for someone with Dementia launched Monday 13^th February until 27^th March 2023.

Following work undertaken in North Essex, ECC have launched an Essex wide survey to help them better understand the journey and experience of accepting applications and caring for adults with diagnosed and undiagnosed dementia in a care home (especially with residents with distressed/challenging behaviours). To look at where there are opportunities for things to be improved for care home staff and residents. These views are important and will be used to keep the things that work well and to look at how they can change the things that don’t work as well to make a difference.
